GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
Pipe Layers/Skilled Laborers will work under the direct supervision of the jobsite foreman, superintendent, and project manager. The laborer is responsible for tasks involving physical labor and may include lifting, pulling, digging, cleaning work sites, maintaining and cleaning equipment and tools.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Install and align pipelines and underground utilities according to project specifications.Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, and pipe-laying machines.Assist with excavation, trenching, and grading activities.Ensure proper placement and alignment of pipes, fittings, and connectors.Perform inspections and repairs on existing pipelines as needed.EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
