We are seeking an exceptional Area Sales Director to launch and lead our Atlanta market. This is not a traditional management position. We are looking for a driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited about building a market, recruiting outstanding people, and developing a high-performing team using Aspen Bravo’s proven systems.
As the Area Sales Director, you will be responsible for establishing Aspen Bravo’s presence in the Atlanta market by recruiting, training, and developing a team that reflects our culture, standards, and commitment to excellence. You won’t simply be managing a team—you’ll be building one.
This is a 100% performance-based opportunity with no base salary. Compensation is earned through leadership overrides and revenue generated by the sales organization you recruit, develop, and lead. There is no cap on your earning potential.

Launch and lead Aspen Bravo’s Atlanta market.Recruit, interview, hire, and develop exceptional sales professionals who align with the Aspen Bravo culture and standards.Build the right team from the beginning by selecting individuals with strong character, coachability, competitiveness, and a desire to succeed.Train every new team member on Aspen Bravo’s proven sales systems, leadership principles, and customer experience standards.Lead daily meetings, ride-alongs, coaching sessions, role-playing, and accountability reviews.Execute Aspen Bravo’s systems and processes with consistency while building a winning culture within your market.Monitor key performance indicators and use data to improve market performance.Develop future leaders within your organization as your market continues to grow.Work directly with executive leadership as new markets are launched across the country.Protect the Aspen Bravo brand by maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, customer experience, and operational execution.What We’re Looking For
