    General Warehousing Openings Available

    At Aspect Retail Logistics, we keep our customers stores supplied with the everyday products customers depend on. Our high-volume grocery distribution center operates in a safety-first, team-driven environment where reliability, accuracy, and productivity matter.

    We are hiring General Warehouse Roles. General responsibilities may include:

    Receipt, put away, and shipment of goods in a high-volume grocery distribution facility. Team members may perform order selection, material handling and powered industrial truck operation.

    Order Selector

    Select customer orders using voice system, or pick listsAccurately pick product by item, quantity, lot, and locationBuild stable pallets and properly stage orders for shippingMeet daily productivity standards and accuracy expectationsFollow customer-specific handling and packaging requirementsOperate material handling equipment such as Electric Pallet Jack

    Lift Truck Operator (LTO)

    Put away of inbound freightReplenishment of forward pick locationsMovement of bulk outbound palletsMeet daily productivity standards and accuracy expectationsFollow customer-specific handling and packaging requirementsOperate material handling equipment such as stand-up Crown RM Reach Trucks

    Loader

    Load outbound shipments for retail grocery stores ensuring safe and accurate load distribution.Retrieve system directed pallets to load Complete inspection sheets related to trailer sanitation and conditionOperate dock locks and rollup doors Responsible for ensuring accurate load documentationOperate material handling equipment such as standup Crown RC Fork Trucks

    At Aspect Retail Logistics our General Warehouse roles are additionally responsible for:

    Completing required pre-shift equipment inspectionsReporting mechanical or safety concerns immediatelyAdhering to basic housekeeping following good manufacturing practicesVerifying product codes, quantities, and condition while handling goodsIdentifying shortages, damages, or discrepanciesMaintaining proper product rotation (FIFO/FEFO where applicable)Supporting cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned

    Safety & Compliance

    Follow all OSHA, company, and customer safety standardsMaintain clean aisles and organized work areas (5S standards)Wear required PPE at all timesReport incidents, hazards, and near misses immediately

    Team & Operational Support

    Assist with receiving, replenishment, loading, or cross-training as neededSupport peak volume and customer priority changesCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members

    Performance Expectations

    This position operates in a performance-based environment. Team members are expected to:

    Meet or exceed daily productivity metricsMaintain high order accuracyDemonstrate reliable attendanceWork safely and follow procedures

    Qualifications

    Required

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for full shift (8–12 hours)Basic math and reading skillsAbility to work overtime, weekends, or flexible shifts as requiredReliable attendanceSuccessfully complete a post offer drug test and complete a background check

    Preferred

    Prior warehouse, distribution, or order selecting experienceExperience in a 3PL or high-volume fulfillment environmentRF scanner or voice picking experienceForklift or pallet jack certification

    Work Environment

    Non-climate controlled warehouse (may be hot/cold)Fast-paced, productivity-driven operationFrequent lifting, walking, and material handlingExposure to moving equipment and industrial noise

    Wage Rate based on experience $24.50 - $35.00 per hour

    Specialization: High-Volume Grocery Distribution & Warehouse Operations


    Role Summary

    The Warehouse Auditor is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and reconciling inventory and operational processes within a warehouse. Their primary goal is to ensure accuracy between physical stock and digital records while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.


    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Inventory Verification

    Conduct regular physical counts of merchandise and reconcile them with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Ensure order discrepancies are corrected, prior to shipmentEnsure Inventory is corrected when Inbound discrepancies occur

    Quality Control

    Audit the quality of incoming and outgoing loads to ensure they meet established standards and identify any deviations.Case by case breakdown of Outbound orders to ensure accuracy.Audit of Inbound pallets to ensure accurate item, quantity, and code dateCollaborate with Customer Service department to identify focused-audit needs

    Discrepancy Investigation

    Identify root causes for stock inconsistencies, such as mis-picks, damages, or theft (shrinkage), and recommend solutions to prevent future errors.Provide feedback to Leadership regarding order discrepancies or miss-picks for associate coaching and accountability

    Reporting


    Prepare detailed daily or weekly audit reports for management, documenting findings, violations, and operational efficiency.


    Safety & Compliance


    Monitor warehouse operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and internal company policies.



    Core Competencies


    Core competencies for a warehouse auditor blend technical proficiency with rigorous analytical and interpersonal skills to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.


    Technical Competencies

    Inventory Management Systems: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software (like SAP or Oracle), and barcode scanning technology to track real-time stock movements.Auditing Techniques: Expertise in cycle counting, physical inventory verification, and cross-referencing digital records with actual shelf stock.Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to interpret large datasets to identify trends, calculate inventory turnover rates, and prepare detailed audit reports for management.Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Deep knowledge of warehouse safety protocols, PPE requirements, and industry-specific regulations to ensure the facility meets legal standards.


    Analytical & Functional Competencies

    Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision is required to spot minor discrepancies in UPC codes, SKU numbers, and product quantities.Problem-Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Moving beyond identifying errors to investigating why they occurred—such as mis-picks or shrinkage—and recommending corrective actions.



    Skills & Qualifications


    Education: An associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business is preferred.Experience: 1+ years of previous warehouse or inventory control experience.Skills:Strong attention to detail for spotting minor discrepancies.Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), handheld scanners, and spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel.Basic math and analytical skills for data reconciliation.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and operating material handling equipment as necessary, including electric pallet jacks.
