    The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, upgrade, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform qualification, repair, upgrades, and maintenance for the customers within the specific region.

    Role and Responsibilities
    The EUV System Lead will report to the EUV Operations Planning and Prep manager and be responsible for SD and USD execution progress and reporting while being the local EMO PL for USD/XLD events. The ownership and focus while handling all resources and constraints will support us to be able to meet ASML and customer business targets.

    This position (combination of execution coordinator and escalation lead) will play a pivotal role in the daily operations, liaising between the fab team, Tech support along with the customer on driving the overall dynamic plan for the EUV fleet. This job offers high visibility and puts in close contact with the customer on a daily basis. This role requires a general EUV system knowledge

    Main responsibilities:

    Maintain overview of the EUV fleet status and main contact point for operational status of the site.

    Interface with the customer on the machine health & performance, Unscheduled/Scheduled Downs status and work planning related to your machines

    Drive progress of SD(scheduled downs) and USD (un-scheduled downs) actions by staying aware of all constrains and recourses, while keeping all internal and external stakeholders aligned.

    In case of Unscheduled downs, work with ASML team to recover the system ASAP and together with the customer, explore the possibilities of pulling in planned work and act as the local EMO PL.

    Interface with Fab team and Tech support on operations, planning and prep.

    Work with the tech support team to drive customer priorities on technical issues.

    Leading or participating in continuous improvement projects towards getting the operations Lean and cost effective.

    Maintaining machine Key Performance Indices (KPIs) and planning course-correcting actions

    Education and Experience

    BS degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience will be accepted

    Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or technical EUV system knowledge focused on execution and troubleshooting is preferred.

    Minimum of 1 year project coordinating experience preferred

    Shift, Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm, can be 7am - 3:30pm

    Responsible for equipment and tooling SAP registration for asset track and trace, as well as maintenance documentation.
    Track and report SAP ECC equipment KPI data, serving as the SME for data and reporting structure.
    Monitor Optic's operational equipment efficiency data and ensure effective usage via SAP POD reporting, including KPI reports, Pareto type reports, and data cleansing with operational areas. Act as the SME for data and reporting structure.
    Support calibration administration, including GTP application.
    Support Process Tooling Safety Stock inventory and refurbishment process.
    Oversee the tracking and tracing of equipment and tooling inventory both on and off-site, including asset tracking.
    Serve on the WF Tool Management Team to align user needs and data with global initiatives.
    Assist operations and engineering with registering process tools for safety stock inventory control and maintaining all accompanying documentation.
    Perform inventory checks.
    Create and maintain inventory databases in Excel, SAP, or similar applications.

    Education and experience:

    The position requires at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
    Experience with equipment performance or inventory control data responsibilities within a manufacturing role.
    Prior experience with reporting and data analytics.
    High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business or Technical related fields preferred.
    Experience with LEAN manufacturing and Continuous Improvement is a plus.
    Strong proficiency with MS Outlook 365 applications and knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system.
    Advanced user of Excel or other inventory control applications.
    Advanced user of SAP or a similar application.
    Familiarity with working in an ISO9001 environment.
