    Role and responsibilities

    IFM management: Oversees ASML chosen IFM service provider. Ensures KPI's are met, budget management, compliance/regulatory adherence

    Consultant Performance Monitoring: Ensures adherence to agreements for IFM, ensure the validation of Performance per the contract.

    Technical Competency/Asset Management: Manages technical competencies and asset management for cleanrooms, gases, mechanical, electrical systems, and general HVAC

    Mentorship and Supervision: Mentors and supervises team members and vendors, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local/state authorities.

    Strategic Plans: Develops and maintains plans such as the Utility Master Plan, engineering standards, and supports Real Estate Master Plans, EHS on Energy Master Plan.

    Process improvement: Leads the creation and maintenance of SOPs, best practices, and process improvement for facilities engineering in support of operations and department goals.

    Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assesses risks, conducts and reviews Root Cause Analysis, and manages solutions. Ensure the plans are in place to close these actions

    Operations and Maintenance: Engineering support for operations, repairs, and maintenance of technical facilities, ensuring maximum uptime and reliable utilities.

    Asset Performance and Risk Management: Ensures efficient and effective asset management, aligning with cost strategies.

    Capital Project Program Support: Leads pre-award and post-award project support through defining engineering standards and scope, technical submittal review, commissioning and acceptance technical requirements, and other support as utility system owner representative. Supports delivery of quality in accordance with system requirements and design standards.

    URS/APS Development and Approval: Develops and approves URS (User Requirement Specifications) and APS as needed for UMP, and reviews customer URS to ensure validation of requirements.

    Design Review and Approval: Attends design reviews and provide approvals.

    Submittal Review: Reviews submittals, including MOP (Method of Procedure) and equipment selection.

    Operational Construction Support: Provides support during operational construction.

    C&A Content and Execution Support: Supports content and execution for C&A (Commissioning and Acceptance).

    Closeout Document Quality Review: Reviews the quality of closeout documents.

    Construction Safety and Inspection: Supports construction safety and inspection.

    Master Planning and Space Management: Supports master planning and workplace space management as needed for scenario planning and utility planning

    Planning Support: Provides technical support and guidance for campus master planning, industrial footprint space utilization, use case analysis supporting customer roadmap projections, and drawing management program.

    Document Management System: Manages the document management system.

    Safety and Compliance: Ensures operation of utility systems in line with safety and compliance standards.

    AutoCAD and As-Builts: Manages AutoCAD and as-built drawings.

    US Drawing Standards: Develops US drawing standards.

    Demand Alignment: Ensures continuous alignment with sector, business line, and operations demands. Collaborates on demand roadmaps and product development plans.

    Data Utilization: Partners with stakeholders to utilize data for tracking performance and KPI metrics.

    Business Continuity: Ensures business continuity through APS (Asset Protection Systems).

    Executive Communications: Proficient in executive communications and presenting briefs to leadership.

    Education and experience

    Requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering field (EE, ME preferred) or 20 year experience in related facility maintenance.

    Minimum of 3 years of relevant management experience.

    Strong technical knowledge desired in general HVAC, clean room filtration, boilers, water purification, wastewater collection and treatment, central plant utilities exhaust ventilation, air treatment systems, high-purity gas distribution, gas detection, safety alarm systems, electrical

    Distribution and clean room operations, building codes, fire/life safety regulations and OSHA requirements desired.

    Experience with Microsoft suite of programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project).

The role oversees Risk Management, Business Continuity and IT Security, in alignment with ASML's Risk, Business Assurance, and Security (RBA&S) department and Global Manufacturing Means and Methods.

    Role and Responsibilities

    The Business Compliance Manager is responsible for Manufacturing Risk and Continuity Compliance and IT Security for San Diego and Korea Manufacturing. In this role, you will work in multidisciplinary teams of risk and continuity experts to support and strengthen ASML's business continuity, crisis management practices and implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management System to meet ASML IT security requirements.

    Organizational Risk Management

    Assist Country RBA Lead to execute the regular country risk landscape update process. Able to connect the risk development to the country risk priorities and identify / discuss the relevant risk mitigation activities proposal with senior stakeholders.
    Monitor risk mitigation activities and ensure that 1st line is 'in control'.

    Deliver of domain and country RBA objectives

    Education and Experience

    Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field such as business economics, risk management, technology, or equivalent.
    Minimum 10 years of experience in a role with focus on risk or business continuity management, preferably in a large and complex organization.
    Ability to work independently and manage large, complex tasks, programs, or projects.
    Experience as a project or program manager in high-complexity environments is preferred.
    A deep understanding of business continuity challenges and a proven ability to advise, coach, and collaborate effectively.
    Experience in implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management System to meet ISO 27001 requirements

    The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, upgrade, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer.     The EUV System Lead will report to the EUV Operations Planning and Prep manager and be responsible for SD and USD execution progress and reporting while being the local EMO PL for USD/XLD events.     This position (combination of execution coordinator and escalation lead) will play a pivotal role in the daily operations, liaising between the fab team, Tech support along with the customer on driving the overall dynamic plan for the EUV fleet. This job offers high visibility and puts in close contact with the customer on a daily basis. This role requires a general EUV system knowledge

    Main responsibilities:

    Maintain overview of the EUV fleet status and main contact point for operational status of the site.

    Interface with the customer on the machine health & performance, Unscheduled/Scheduled Downs status and work planning related to your machines

    Drive progress of SD(scheduled downs) and USD (un-scheduled downs) actions by staying aware of all constrains and recourses, while keeping all internal and external stakeholders aligned.

    In case of Unscheduled downs, work with ASML team to recover the system ASAP and together with the customer, explore the possibilities of pulling in planned work and act as the local EMO PL.

    Interface with Fab team and Tech support on operations, planning and prep.

    Education and Experience

    Tech Support main responsibilities:

    Your Assignment

    The Customer Support (CS) organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. This internship sits within our CS Admin Support team that partners with the local Customer Support leadership team to perform tasks for the customers within the specific region. As a CS Admin Support Intern, you will be assisting the team in streamlining our customer badging process, bringing a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and improve our overall badging experience.

    As a Customer Bading Intern, you will:

    Learn and execute the customer badging process
    Establish customer badging process documentation and knowledge capture
    Develop and enhance the user instructions and communications with regards to the customer badging
    Handle other duties as assigned

    Your Profile

    Must be studying towards an associate's, undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Event Management, Business or a related field
    Strong oral and written communication skills (e.g. clear, concise, professional, etc.)
    Results driven - demonstrates ownership and accountability and delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
    Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs
    Experience working in SharePoint a plus
