Director of Business Systems Location: Austin, TX (On-site) Salary: $171,000 - $190,000 per year Role Overview Ashton Norths client is seeking a Director of Business Systems to lead transformational, manufacturing-focused systems initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the technologies that enable end-to-end operational excellence - from customer configuration and order intake through manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution. This is a highly operational leadership role. The ideal candidate brings deep manufacturing experience, has led transformational technology initiatives, and has directly implemented advanced systems including ERP (beyond NetSuite), analytics, IoT, automation, AI, and machine learning in real-world manufacturing environments. The Director of Business Systems will act as a strategic and operational partner to executive leadership, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and distribution teams.
