    Labor Field Recruiter - Arcadia, WI

    What You’ll DoBe a Strategic Partner

    Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future staffing needs

    Design and execute field recruiting strategies that support those needs

    Share insights on local labor trends and candidate competition to guide hiring decisions

    Be a Community Connector

    Build and maintain relationships with:

    Community organizations and agencies

    Job centers and workforce development partners

    High schools, trade schools, technical schools, colleges, and universities

    Develop a trusted network that expands and sustains candidate flow

    Represent Ashley at community events such as festivals, parades, and sporting events

    Create Talent Pipelines in the Field

    Lead and organize local job fairs, industry events, and campus recruiting efforts

    Ensure recruiting marketing materials (flyers, posters, yard signs) are visible and effective in the market

    Use creative outreach methods—including social media and grassroots recruiting—to connect with potential candidates

    Deliver a Great Candidate Experience

    Source qualified candidates using databases, networking, referrals, job fairs, and online resources

    Proactively reach out to candidates via phone, text, and email to:

    Assess interest and qualifications

    Schedule interviews or invite candidates onsite

    Conduct pre-screen interviews and clearly explain:

    Job duties and expectations

    Pay, benefits, schedules, and working conditions

    Growth and advancement opportunities

    Support Hiring & Compliance

    Review applications and match candidates to job requirements

    Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers for interviews and facility tours

    Assist with hiring decisions and completion of hiring paperwork

    Maintain accurate, timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and all weekly productivity reports

    What Helps You SucceedExperience & Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience

    3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or related field

    Valid driver’s license (required for field travel)
