Use various tools and equipment to perform body repair on patterns for moldsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to read and understand drawings/blueprintsAbility to operate Pattern Shop equipment to repair patterns (bandsaw, table saw, various sanders, hand tools, etc.)Ability to use different fillers to repair patterns from defects or damageAbility to work alone or as a teamTOOLS AND EQUIPMENTSteel toe bootsHard hatSafety glassesPHYSICAL DEMANDSMust be able to lift at least 70 poundsMust be physically able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to wear the required personal protective equipmentMust be able to work in various temperatures based on outside weather conditionsWORK ENVIRONMENT
