The firm handles high-stakes corporate, commercial, and intellectual property disputes, frequently co-counseling with major national firms before the Delaware Court of Chancery. Due to growth, they are hiring two litigation attorneys: Role 1: General Corporate/Commercial Litigation Associate Role 2: Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Why Join? Draft complex pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery requests tailored to your specific practice focus. Take on early, substantive case responsibilities, including direct client interaction and strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with partners and co-counsel from premier national firms. Qualifications: For General Litigation: 2+ years of complex commercial or corporate litigation experience. For IP Litigation: 2+ years of litigation experience, with a heavy focus on Intellectual Property/Patent litigation. Admitted to practice (or willing to become admitted) in Delaware. Strong written, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. A proactive mindset with a desire for substantive autonomy and a collaborative team culture. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 – $290,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
