Job Description: Title: Insurance Defense Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle insurance defense matters from case inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations while managing an independent caseload.
Collaborate with clients, carriers, and legal teams to develop case strategy and deliver timely, effective legal solutions.
Qualifications:
2-10 years of insurance defense litigation experience with strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills with the ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000-$250,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
