    This individual would be responsible for conducting inventory management of command Personal Property assets. This position is contingent upon contract award. Security Requirement:
    Must possess a SECRET security clearance. Roles and Responsibilities:
    Process receipts of incoming material, schedule and perform personal property Inventories, and manage database.
    Assists in policy enforcement related to personal property management program. Provide guidance and support to personal property managers and custodians, assist with personal property disposition, and R-Supply.
    Ensures correct processing and forwarding of receipt, transfer, and disposition of supporting documents.
    Qualifications:
    License to operate a forklift.
    Minimum five years of warehousing and inventory management experience within the DoD.
    Possess a valid state driver's license.
    Be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.
    Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.

    As a TAG Automotive Tool Room Custodian this individual will be responsible for managing the inventory of tools assigned to Logistics Support Engineering Department and the accountability of all HAZMAT utilized by the department. This position is contingent upon contract award. Security Requirement:
    Must possess a SECRET security clearance. Roles and Responsibilities:
    Issues all tools and consumable to personnel and maintain accountability with 1149's or tool log. Maintain, repair, and/or recommend replacement of broken or missing tools through the military stock system.
    Issues and accounts for all HAZMAT issued to Engineering Department personnel.
    Maintain and inspect all HAZMAT spaces and keep them within Navy standards for inspections. Ensure all HAZMAT is disposed of in accordance with HAZMINCEN Guidelines.
    Maintains inspection documentation of all compressed gas containers and replace or retest when required.
    Conduct monthly inspections of above ground storage tanks and drum storage locations.
    Researches and gathers all Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Submit Authorized User Lists (AUL) requests through HAZMINCEN for AUL approval. Requirements:
    Complete and maintain HAZMAT required training through Environmental Compliance Assessment, Training and Tracking System (ECATTS).
    Minimum one year experience managing HAZMAT.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    The Logistics Subject Matter Expert will oversee the entire lifecycle of a storage and distribution facility. In this role, The Logistics SME will enhance performance of the facility by determining and reducing inefficiencies while streamlining operations. Subject matter expertise will also assist program personnel in developing processes and procedures for customer systems deployment and logistics. Additionally, the Logistics Subject Matter Expert will organize and coordinate the logistical day-to-day activities within the program. This person will oversee the logistics management for the program, to include supply and support operations, inventory control, equipment management, receiving and warehouse operations. Responsibilities: • Tracking shipments, receiving/transporting hardware, and inventory control & management. • Coordinating delivery of shipments to various customers and other destinations as required. • Direct customer interface (full time in person and onsite). • Work directly with program managers and other contract personnel as required to validate assets and inventory. • Participate in and coordinate with the staff for all audits related to GFE and accountable property. • Ensure FAR/DFAR guidelines and directives regarding property management are adhered to. • Responsible for ensuring any reporting due to the customer regarding the program's accountable property comply and submitted on-time. • Develop requirements and standards (e.g., packaging, procurement, delivery) and oversee inventory procedures. • Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules. • Help foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members. • Evaluate vendor operations according to quality standards. • Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems. • Track KPIs (key performance indicators) and report on supply chain performance • Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Security Requirement: All contractor personnel directly supporting this effort will be considered key personnel and require a minimum-security clearance at the SECRET level with the ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) for military installation access. Minimum Qualifications: • Possess a minimum of five years logistics experience directly involving warehouse and logistics requirements experience in a commercial or defense services sector environment. • Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, relational databases, logistics programs, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
