    JOB SUMMARY

    The Driver will work to deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. This person will be responsible for reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied. Responsibilities include:

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

    Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries that will happen throughout the dayInterpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabisWorking knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to complete routine maintenance tasks (changing tires, check and add fluids, etc.)Manage documents associated with medical cannabis delivery, ensuring that proper documents are kept, and manifests are returned completed and ready for filingMaintaining positive professional relationships with dispensary staffTimely and effective communication when issues arise while making deliveriesOther duties as assigned

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Dispensary Supervisor assists with the day-to-day operations of dispensary (retail store) and provides support for the management team. This position is responsible for maintaining best-in-class customer service while ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and company standards. The Dispensary Supervisor will set the standard for performance and keeping associates motivated. The role requires excellent leadership qualities and gain and understanding of dispensary inventory and products.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Provide best-in-class customer service to customersFollow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain in-depth knowledge of all products and strains in the store as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and train and share that knowledge with other members of the teamAssist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Assistant Manager and General ManagerAssist all Dispensary Associates in the consultation of all customers to ensure that the employee is informed of the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect customers differentlyComplete and appropriately delegate tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:Correct cash handlingAccurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) systemAccurate and timely data entry in both the POS system and inventory tracking systemAssistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracyEnsure adherence with security measures and safety complianceMaintenance of an organized and clean storeManagement of visitor logEnd-of-day daily update emailsEnsure accuracy with the vaultWork with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulationsDaily activities, maintenance, and data collection for any reported issues and/or complaintsOpen and closing proceduresAssist with the onboarding and training of new staff in partnership with the management team

    This position reports directly to the Extraction Lab Manager and is responsible for supporting all operations within the extraction laboratory, including cannabis extraction, post-processing, and analytical testing. The Lab Technician performs all duties in strict compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs), health and safety protocols, and applicable laws and regulations governed by the cannabis regulatory agency.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Operate extraction and post-processing equipment following safety and compliance standards Assist in the preparation, sampling, and documentation of analytical testing Maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with seed-to-sale tracking requirements Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and equipment maintenance to ensure lab readiness Support lab leadership in implementing quality control procedures and process improvements

    OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITES
