Concrete Skilled Worker – Austin, TX

We’re hiring Concrete Skilled Workers to join our team for a 3–6 month project in Austin, TX. You’ll work outdoors, all phases of concrete construction, and be part of a safety-first crew.
What You’ll Do:
Setting forms, placing rebar, pouring, and finishing concrete
Operate hand and power tools safely
Load, unload, and move construction materials
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow safety procedures and attend daily safety meetings
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in concrete or general construction preferred, but willing to train motivated workers
OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification (required before starting)
Ability to work outdoors in heat and lift heavy materials
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Team player with a willingness to learn new skills

ECG Site Services specializes in concrete slab, paving, and infrastructure projects throughout Texas. While we primarily work in DFW, this project is in Austin with potential for future work in other locations.

Operators from 20-30 per hour. Supervisors' salary company truck and bonus.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Construction Foreman to lead field operations for projects involving sitework, concrete, and underground utilities. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification, while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews on civil construction projectsRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsOversee sitework operations including grading, excavation, and drainageManage installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm systems)Direct concrete operations including forming, pouring, and finishingEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesSchedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project timelinesConduct daily safety meetings and enforce safe work practicesCommunicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectorsMonitor job progress and report updates, delays, or issuesQualifications
