Artistic Escapes Landscape Company is looking for a high-performing Business Development & Project Management professional to help grow our company by creating relationships, generating leads, selling projects, and helping guide customers from first contact to completed job.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. We are looking for someone who is hungry, motivated, emotionally strong under pressure, and excited to help build something great.
Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on new leadsBuild relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and referral partnersMeet with potential customers and create excitement around projectsSell landscape construction projects and help guide customers through the processAssist with project management and scheduling coordinationMaintain strong customer communication before, during, and after projectsHelp resolve customer concerns professionally and confidentlySupport positive team culture and communication between crews and clientsHelp identify opportunities for company growth and improved systemsRepresent the company with professionalism, integrity, and energyIdeal Candidate
