Position: Delivery Driver
Job Type: Hourly, non-exempt
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of commercial truck driving
Position Overview: This position serves as our primary delivery driver, ensuring products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time while providing outstanding customer service. Additionally, you will support inventory management, quality assurance, and facility sanitation.
This is a safety sensitive position and requires a clean pre-screen as well as periodic drug screens during length of employment
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate box trucks (up to 24 ft) to transport products between the production facility to area customersLoad, secure, and unload products to ensure damage-free deliveryProvide courteous, professional customer service and promptly communicate delivery or product concernsMaintain delivery schedules and resolve on-road issues independentlyCoordinate will-call pickups; pick, pack, stage, and fulfill customer orders accuratelyVerify delivery paperwork, obtain customer signatures, and complete documentationConduct daily vehicle inspections, log pre- and post-trip refrigeration temperatures, and report maintenance needsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelinesSubmit a clean Motor Vehicle Report annuallySubmit clean periodic drug screensSafely operate warehouse equipment to load and unload trucksQualifications:
1 year experience driving commercially Valid WA state driver’s license and ability to comply with local, state and federal laws of the roadMust pass pre-hire background check for criminal historyMust submit a clean Motor Vehicle Report before hireAbility to submit a clean pre-screen as well as periodic drug screens during length of employmentStrong attention to detail and ability to function efficiently and accuratelyAbility to lift up to 60 lbs.Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance during scheduled shiftsMust pass driving assessment during the interview processFood service, customer service, catering, or delivery driving experience a plusBenefits Available:
