    ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update CPM schedules for design, construction, and design-build projects utilizing Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Support project planning efforts by coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to establish project timelines and milestones. Review baseline schedules and monthly schedule updates for logic, durations, sequencing, constraints, and schedule integrity. Assist with schedule analysis including critical path identification, float analysis, and schedule variance reporting. Participate in project meetings, progress meetings, and schedule review workshops with internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor schedule performance and identify potential risks, delays, and mitigation opportunities. Prepare schedule comparison reports, progress reports, and schedule narratives for project teams and clients.  Support delay analysis, recovery scheduling, and time impact analysis efforts as required. Coordinate with project controls teams to support reporting, forecasting, and earned value tracking. Conduct periodic field visits to verify project progress and validate schedule updates. Assist with development of ad-hoc schedules, executive dashboards, and project reporting tools. Maintain compliance with client scheduling specifications, standards, and reporting requirements.
    QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field preferred. 3–7 years of scheduling or project controls experience within the AEC, transportation, infrastructure, or construction industry. Experience supporting public-sector, transportation, transit, municipal, or infrastructure projects preferred. Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project required.  Strong understanding of CPM scheduling methodologies and construction sequencing. Ability to analyze schedules, identify trends, and communicate schedule risks effectively. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience with Power BI or project reporting tools is a plus. Knowledge of railroad/transit environments is preferred but not required. PMI-SP or PMP certification is a plus but not required.
