    As the Associate Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering HR services to your assigned region of campuses while gaining hands-on experience in aligning people strategies with business objectives.

    Working under the guidance of an HR Business Partner and within a team led by the Manager of Business Partnerships, you'll develop expertise in providing HR support that enhances organizational effectiveness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build your HR capabilities and business acumen by partnering with campus leadership to support the development and implementation of HR best practices.

    In this role, you'll assist with analyzing workforce data and trends, managing employee relations matters, supporting talent and performance initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. This position provides a clear growth path toward becoming a strategic HR advisor capable of independently driving performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

    Our Northeast region currently has seven campuses and will continue to grow. This role is critical to ensuring our People strategies scale alongside that growth. As we expand, you'll help build the relationships, HR practices, and data-driven insights that enable us to support and develop talent across multiple locations effectively.

    The Associate Regional HR Business Partner will:

    Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment

    Embed yourself within your assigned region, understanding its campus' priorities, challenges, and People needs to translate them into a People roadmap that supports the business as it growsServe as a trusted partner and advisor to the region's senior leadership (e.g., Campus Leadership & Regional Directors) as well as AoPS HR leadership, collaborating to improve our People processes & programs

    Talent Management, Workforce Planning & Performance

    Help implement organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiativesPartner with the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to support strategic hiring needs based on your deep understanding of current and future business requirements for the regionSupport performance management processes by preparing materials, tracking completion, and ensuring managers administer effective feedback and development conversations by coaching on effective feedback, development conversations, promotions, and addressing performance issuesAssist in the coordination and delivery of training programs

    Employee Relations, Change Management & Communications

    Address employee relations issues and provide basic policy guidance while building knowledge of relevant legal requirements, escalating complex matters as appropriateDrive change management initiatives by preparing communications and contributing to stakeholder engagement activities under the guidance of senior HR team members

    Data, Insights & HR Operations

    Collect, organize, and synthesize workforce data and metrics to identify trends and contribute to reports and recommendationsCollaborate with HR Operations team members to explore integrated HR solutions, programs, and support implementationThe ideal candidate has:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1-3 years of HR Business Partnership experience, preferably in a regional or multi-site roleWorking knowledge of HR disciplines, including organizational development, employee relations, diversity initiatives, performance systems, HR compliance, and federal/state employment regulations, with a desire to deepen expertiseInterest in developing business acumen and understanding organizational objectivesWell-developed consulting and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organizationExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different locationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret HR data and metrics to inform strategic decisionsDemonstrated success in leading change management initiatives through organizational transitionsBackground in education, EdTech, or mission-driven organizationsKnowledge of the Northeast education landscape and talent market

    Their primary residence in, or the ability to relocate to, Boston Metro or New York Metro to effectively support campuses across the region and partner closely with site leadership on People priorities.

    Travel & Schedule Expectations
