This role is responsible for assembling and wiring industrial control panels according to schematics, layout drawings, and production specifications. Key Responsibilities
Assemble control panels from schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.Mount and wire electrical components including terminal blocks, circuit breakers, relays, power supplies, PLCs, contactors, and VFDs.Cut, strip, crimp, label, and route wires neatly according to panel layout specifications.Inspect completed panels for proper labeling, continuity, workmanship, and compliance with UL 508A standards.Use basic hand and power tools such as drills, wire strippers, torque drivers, and multimeters.Communicate with supervisors and engineers to resolve discrepancies or clarify build requirementsFollow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environmentQualifications

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our internal finance team. This role will be responsible for managing client billing, payment processing, and collections. The AR Specialist will partner closely with internal departments and external clients to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and issue accurate client invoices based on approved timecards, contracts, and billing terms
· Review and reconcile billing data for temporary, contract, and direct hire placements
· Post and apply client payments (ACH, wire, checks)
· Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with clients on past-due balances
· Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing questions and payment status
