Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical) Location: Charlotte, NC 28273 Schedule: MondayFriday, 1st Shift Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between Engineering and Operationssupporting large-scale FAT/EQT product testing, driving process improvements, and enhancing overall product quality and production efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to influence key engineering processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing floor. Key Responsibilities Interpret approved design models and drawings to support electrical and light mechanical assembly, ensuring accurate communication of technical requirements to production teams. Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, quality, and consistency of assembly, testing, and QA procedures. Collaborate closely with production leads to troubleshoot challenges, develop engineering solutions, and support smooth production flow. Assist in the creation and execution of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs). Contribute to root-cause analysis with QA and help implement corrective and preventive measures across the manufacturing process. Partner with Engineering and Operations to research and implement new tools, methods, and best practices that optimize assembly processes. Support Project Managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Qualifications SolidWorks experience is considered a strong asset. Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage. Valid drivers license with the ability to travel across North America, and occasionally internationally. High attention to detail with accuracy in calculations and documentation. Additional Requirements Solid understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Commitment to producing high-quality workon spec, on time, and within budget. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
