    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN

    Your self-motivated personality will make you a perfect fit for this independently run role. Not only will you be running your own route, but you will be responsible for the maintenance of a company vehicle and all company equipment provided. You will utilize your expert customer service skills by scheduling and keeping appointments with customers and by asking them about the issues they are experiencing. In a thorough search of the customer's property, you will identify insects, weeds, fungus conditions, and other conducive conditions. Once the source of the problem is determined, you will explain to the customer your next course of action. Your wealth of knowledge will help you to draw diagrams or graphs of your treatment plan and answer any additional questions about the service proposed. Once the service has been completed, you will collect on payments due and suggest any other services that would benefit the customer. Your commitment to an uncompromised experience will help you to achieve success!

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Ability to pass the state of Florida's Best Management Practices exam for lawncare and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing
    Able to pass internal technical exams
    Possess a current Driver's License in the state where you work, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, and maintain a driving record consistent with company standards
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
    Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
    Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed

    Duties:

    Technical field training, evaluation, and reporting. Sentricon training and quality control of all residential and commercial Sentricon Service Professionals, dual role Mosquito Service Professionals, Termite Service Professionals, Supervisors, and Home Evaluators daily.
    Conduct service center inspections quarterly or as assigned.
    Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews on completed service, installations, call backs, and removals.
    Conduct paperwork reviews at the service center level for any or all sales and service quarterly or as assigned.
    Ensure proper coding is used on all installs.
    Schedule New Employee Training (NET) for new Sentricon Service Professionals and Direct Training (DT) for all experienced Sentricon Service Professionals.
    Create an understanding of target goals and incentive plan.
    Provide classroom and field training to small and large groups.
    Maintain a Training Spreadsheet of all Sentricon Service Professionals with dates of training for Quality Assurance Reviews, New Employee Training, and Direct Training.
    Assist Region and Service Center operations with safety compliance ongoing and/or assigned.
    Conduct vehicle inspections at the service center level as assigned. Ensure proper equipment is present and kept in good order in the appropriate location.
    Assist Sr. Vice President of Corporate Operations, Director of Technical Services and Professional Development in Service Protocol design and implementation.
    Communicate with the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Operations via e-mail or phone to provide synopsis of activities.
    Maintain an up to date calendar of activities set at a minimum of two weeks in advance.
    Communicate, on the proper forms and as completed, the results of service center inspections, vehicle inspections, field training reports, paperwork reviews, and quality assurance reports to the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Operations, Region Vice President, and Service Center Manager via e-mail.
    Travel daily to the service center where duties are scheduled to be performed. Overnight travel will be necessary depending on service centers assigned.
    Other duties as assigned.
    Reports to Brad Whitten, Vice President of Corporate Operations.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    High school diploma or equivalent
    Possess a valid Driver's License
    Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams

    Travel Requirements

    Possess current Driver License in the state where you work, ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a driving record consistent with company standards.
    If driving personal vehicle, must possess and maintain proper and adequate insurance.
    Overnight travel required as necessary depending on Service Centers assigned.

    A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SERVICE MANAGER

    As a Service Manager, you will have many responsibilities to ensure that you and your team are successful in daily activities. Multi-tasking and organizational skills will be key. These activities include ensuring that your technicians are organized in their appointment scheduling and service tickets. They will check in with you daily where you will verify that they have their vehicles, uniforms, product, equipment, and paperwork in order. Your skills in conflict resolution and effective communication will ensure your team and customers have an awesome experience with every interaction. As a seasoned technician, you will offer coaching, training, and support. You are not afraid to get dirty and can spend considerable time in the field assisting your team and providing coverage. Ultimately, you will be assisting the Branch Manager achieve monthly performance goals.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Industry experience (preferred)
    Demonstrated leadership abilities
    Effective verbal and written communication
    Conflict resolution
    Effectively operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, other web-based portals)

    As a Pest Control Technician, you are excited to start your route each day. Not only will you be recognized as a hero to our customers as you save them from pesky intruders, but you will also create lifelong client relationships. You search high and low by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions. Your calm, helpful demeanor puts our customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution.

You collect service payments from customers and are always patient and more than happy to answer questions.     QUALIFICATIONS

    Possess a valid Driver's License
    Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams

    As a Pest Control Technician, you are excited to start your route each day. Not only will you be recognized as a hero to our customers as you save them from pesky intruders, but you will also create lifelong client relationships. You will determine prescribed treatment as marked on inspection graph and specification sheet and prepare site areas for treatment by removing and hauling off debris as prescribed. Additionally, you will apply any of the following wood destroying organism treatments and techniques to customers' buildings and structures: Termite bait station (Sentricon) installation with auger and digging tools, Trenching and applying liquid treatment to exterior or crawl space perimeters of structures, Drilling and applying liquid treatment to void spaces or blocks in the crawl spaces and structures, Spray application of product to affected areas. Your calm, helpful demeanor puts our customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution.
