Delivery Performance Analyst
Position Summary
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Operations Analyst serves as a critical link between customer service, scheduling, and the production floor to ensure on-time delivery and efficient execution of manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, identifying and removing obstacles to production flow, and proactively driving alignment between planning and execution.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing data and being present on the production floor, ensuring plans are executed effectively and issues are resolved in real time.

Shifts Available:
1st shift: 5am-3pm (M-TH), overtime on Friday's as needed (8 hours, 5am-1pm)
2nd shift: 3:15pm-1:15am (M-TH), overtime on Friday's as needed (8 hours, 1pm-9pm)
Weekend Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm (FRI-SUN) if work 36, paid for 40
Summary:
As an Operator, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, utilizing your core skills in mechanical knowledge, manufacturing, basic math, and machining to operate saw equipment efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather extrusion needed from rackingMeasure and cut aluminum to work instructionsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operationsMonitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiencyMake adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain proper dimensions and tolerancesInspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specificationsRequirements:
Experience working in a production or fabrication environment is preferredBasic reading, writing, and math skills as well as the ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsAbility to assemble and fabricate componentsUnderstanding of tooling and tooling requirements for different machining operationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality controlReliability and proven attendance at past jobsBenefit Package:
