The role of Territory Manager is responsible for selling Aroa's soft tissue repair portfolio to the US Acute and Non-Acute marketplace. The Territory Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, working in partnership with sales support functions and sales and marketing leadership to accelerate growth and ensure an overall positive customer experience. What you'll bring! Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Proven success in medical sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. A minimum of three years' sales experience, ideally selling business-to-business products or solutions. Experience within the healthcare industry, including familiarity with operating room and outpatient clinic environments. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a variety of stakeholders. A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to take ownership and drive results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Strong learning agility, with the ability to quickly absorb technical and clinical information. Excellent organizational and process management skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and work effectively with minimal supervision.     Were looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to help keep our commercial operations running smoothly behind the scenes with a focus on our distributor networks. This role is primarily based in our San Diego office, with some flexibility to work from home from time to time.

    Youll work across teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Services & Distribution, IT, and our distributor network to support day-to-day operations, improve processes, maintain system accuracy, and help solve problems as they come up.

    This is a great fit for someone who enjoys organizing complex workflows, working with systems and data, and being the person who helps connect the dots across teams.


    What your week might look like:

    Supporting commercial processes across the sales lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, distributor support, and order-to-cash activitiesCoordinating with Sales, Customer Services & Distribution, Finance, and external distributor partners to keep operations moving smoothlyHelping troubleshoot operational issues and finding practical solutionsMaintaining accurate information across systems including Salesforce and ERP platformsSupporting process improvements, system updates, and rollout of new tools or workflowsCreating and maintaining process documentation and standard operating proceduresAssisting Finance with commission verification activities related to distributor operationsSupporting operational readiness for projects like new product launches or system changes


    What youll bring!

    Must have:

    5+ years of experience in an operations, commercial support, or coordination roleExperience working with ERP systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsSomeone who is adaptable, resourceful, and enjoys working collaboratively


    Nice to have:

    Experience working with hospitals, healthcare systems, or healthcare operationsSalesforce experienceBachelors degree in business or a related field
