Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of field project management, including oversight of employees, trade partners, vendors and suppliers. This role involves close collaboration with the Safety Manager, General Superintendent, Supervisors, Project Engineers and Project Administrators. The Project Manager ensures the accurate monitoring and maintenance of project schedules, jobsite documentation, cost reports, billing, employee time, and correspondence.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of construction project engineering and/or project management experience (required)Experience managing projects from pre-construction through closeoutProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractorsFamiliarity with local permitting, inspections, and building codesStrong experience with RFIs, submittals, and change ordersEducation

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking
Skills:
- Journeyman level carpenter
- Excellent working knowledge of construction procedures, building systems, and tools
- Ability to solve problems and work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of reading plans, shop drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in construction estimating and management
- Strong supervisory skills to lead on-site teams effectively
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Experience with project scheduling to ensure timely completion
