Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain community featuresManage the full leasing process from application to move-inProvide accurate information on pricing, availability, and policiesMaintain up-to-date resident files and support retention and renewal effortsConduct follow-up communications with prospects and residentsMarketing & Visibility
Promote the property through outreach efforts and marketing ideasMonitor advertising platforms and provide insight into digital performancePrepare competitive market surveys and analyze leasing trendsOperations & Support
Collect applications, deposits, and other move-in fundsEnter service requests and coordinate with the maintenance teamHelp maintain curb appeal and inspect vacant units for show-readinessAssist with vendor or contractor access to units when neededQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required; some college preferredOne or more years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferredExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsFamiliarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policiesBasic computer proficiency; comfort with digital toolsValid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationFlexible schedule availability, including weekendsWho We AreArlington Properties is a respected property management company with a reputation for quality, service, and community.
