Position Overview
Ark Roofing & Restoration is seeking a highly motivated, tenacious, and dependable Door-to-Door Canvasser to generate roofing and restoration leads in residential neighborhoods. This is a performance-driven role for individuals who are comfortable talking to homeowners, handling rejection, and consistently creating opportunities for our sales team.

Responsibilities
Canvas residential neighborhoods daily to identify potential roofing and restoration opportunities.Knock doors and engage homeowners in professional conversations.Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for roofing inspections.Educate homeowners about storm damage, aging roofs, insurance claims, and restoration services.Track canvassing activity and leads generated.Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive reputation in the community.Follow assigned canvassing routes and territory plans.Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.Requirements
Must be tenacious, persistent, and comfortable with rejection.Must possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.Reliable transportation is required.Must be able to canvas Monday through Friday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with additional hours available on weekends.Ability to walk several miles per day in varying weather conditions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Smartphone with internet access.Previous door-to-door, roofing, solar, pest control, alarm, or direct sales experience is required.Compensation
