Ark of Rehabilitation. Is currently seeking a Psychotherapist to join our team! This position will be served as 95% on-site. The idea candidate will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.
Responsibilities:
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issuesOffer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issuesProvide prevention-oriented therapyCreate, Implement and review treatment plansCollaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agenciesEnsure all documentation is completed promptlyProvide mental health therapy for adults, teens, and children.Therapists will be able to provide evidence-based psychotherapy and person-centered therapy to individuals, such as Adolescents, youths, couples, and Families with various Mental health-related issues.Able to lead group sessions and provide a supervisor when necessaryDevelop and implement service plansProvide telehealth therapy if required within 5% capacitySome travel may be requiredQualifications:
Must be Licensed in the state of MD to provide mental health services as an LMSW, LCPC, LCSW, or preferably LCSW-CValid driver’s licenseExperience with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance clients.Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fieldsFamiliarity with community mental health resourcesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to write proper documentationEducation
