Desired Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. • Experience owning and leading social media strategy, including platform-specific growth strategies, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. • Evidence of strong understanding of how major social platforms differ in audience behavior, content strategy and performance drivers. • Demonstrated ability to use performance data, audience insights, and testing to inform strategy and optimize results. • Experience leading or managing social media teams, with the ability to coach, prioritize, and scale impact. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, communications, paid media and analytics partners. • Demonstrated comfort balancing strategic ownership with operational execution and decision-making. • Evidence of familiarity with social media management, analytics and project management tools. • Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders around platform best practices and priorities. • Demonstrated passion for mission-driven marketing and audience-centered storytelling. • Demonstrated ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail. • Evidence of curiosity, adaptability and enthusiasm for mission-driven marketing and learner success.
