    A Brief Overview
    The US LBM Fulfillment Buyer is responsible for managing and executing the procurement of products and materials necessary to support the fulfillment operations within the organization. This role ensures that inventory levels are maintained, orders are placed in a timely manner, and products are available to meet customer demand. The Fulfillment Buyer works closely with the fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing, while managing supplier relationships and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices.

    What you will do
    Responsible for placing purchase orders for assigned product categories across US LBM divisions and Regions.Negotiates pricing, terms, and delivery schedules within guidance of category strategies with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely product availability.Monitors inventory levels and coordinate with location leaders to avoid stockouts or overstocking issues.Works with location leaders and fulfillment manager in various daily functions associated with inventory-related issues, invoice inventory discrepancies/variances, delivery information, and maintains product costing.Contacts suppliers regarding adjustments, incorrect materials, deliveries, etc., and communicates potential resolutionsOwns daily communications with US LBM divisions/markets which could relate to inventory, shipping information, and tracking of inbound inventory.

    Education Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

    Experience Qualifications
    5 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control/management, materials input, or warehousing experience.Strong knowledge of the building material industry to support Supply Chain objectives.

    Skills and Abilities
    A high degree of interpersonal communication for negotiation.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple purchasing projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage supplier relationships.Proficient in using procurement software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Expert MS Excel skills highly preferred.

Additionally, they operate regional home centers located throughout the state, offering a variety of building materials and home improvement supplies.

    A Brief Overview
    Delivers materials to job site, inspects and maintains truck, reports shortages and claims to supervisor and assists in loading and storing of materials. This position is not a CDL driver but may require some certification depending on State law.

    What you will do
    Operate safely.Participate in a positive work environment.Check orders for accuracy.Organize and secure load.Obtain approval on all loads from supervisor for proper count and conditions of load.Assist in maintaining good housekeeping in yard and warehouse.Deliver and unload materials to customer's satisfaction.Follow guidelines from supervisor.Complete daily equipment inspection.Record all merchandise that is returned by truck.Complete necessary paperwork such as delivery tickets and credit slips.Provide excellent customer service.Assist in unloading material returned for credit.Relay messages sent by customers while on job.Assist supervisor, other employees and other work areas, as assigned.Comply with all company policies and guidelines.Participate in and completes assigned trainings.May be subject to DOT and FMCSA jurisdictions and restrictions.Typically delivers raw materials to customer.

    The Counter Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers and contractors with the sales process by taking orders over the counter, answering questions, and receiving payment for customer orders. This position typically works in a retail environment.

    What you will do
    Greet and interact in a positive manner with customers. Assists with questions regarding merchandise, location of merchandise in store, pricing, and promotions.Process customer sales through use of cash register. Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits and processes according to company standard procedures.Provide initial response to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-ups.Facilitate product selection of scheduled and walk-in showroom customers, using proper forms to assure consistent records of selections.Purchase special products and obtain information on pricing specifications, uses and availability.Attend assigned training and meetings as required to increase knowledge of entire product offering.Create accurate and complete invoices, work orders, and sales tickets.
