ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement and maintain leading-edge analytics system taking complicated problems and building simple frameworksEvaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-targe mappings and information-model specifications documents for data setsWork directly with management to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIsCreate and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis with reporting components from multiple databasesProactive analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives operations performanceDefine and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and solution performanceCreate best-practice reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth thorough complex dataset analysis
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Job Duties Include:
Assisting customers over the phone. Collect, process, and verify information regarding dig site locations throughout Arizona.No Sales or Debt Collections - 100% inbound calls with heavy focus on accuracy and qualityGeneral working hours to start: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday (Full Time)Working at Tempe office location (1405 West Auto Dr, Tempe 85284)Assist Customers / Enter data into computer accuratelyVerify entered data with the customer to ensure accuracyJob Type: Full-time in the Tempe office (this is not a work-from-home position)
