    RN Supervisor

    AristaCare

    AristaCare is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor (Weekends Only) to oversee the day-to-day nursing operations of our facility during assigned weekend shifts. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

    As the RN Supervisor, you will be entrusted with the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to lead nursing staff, coordinate care, and uphold AristaCare’s commitment to excellence.

     

    Position Details

    Schedule: Weekends onlyShifts Available: All shifts (Day, Evening, Overnight)Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (based on availability)

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities during your assigned tour of dutyEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulationsOversee resident care to ensure the highest degree of quality and safetyProvide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staffCollaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and interdisciplinary teamAddress resident, family, and staff concerns in a timely and professional mannerEnsure accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies and proceduresRespond to emergencies and clinical issues as they arise
