Position Summary:
Argus of Colorado seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care. We offer flexible scheduling based on your availability, with a commitment to set weekly hours. Our team values positive, energetic, client-focused professionals.
ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities.Provide meal prep, feeding, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and grooming.Support mobility using canes, crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts.Respond to client needs with a cooperative attitude.Communicate with primary caregivers on care plans.Meet productivity goals and document visits per agency standards.Maintain contact with the scheduler regarding caseload.Participate in professional development to enhance skills.Use a provided tablet for charts, mileage, and route mapping.QualificationsPosition Qualifications:
Current CNA License (required upon start date)Valid Driver's License & clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)One year experience in home health preferredBenefits:
