Job Duties:
Lead the process for accurate receiving and shipping activity in the warehouseOperate warehouse equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, tow motors, cherry pickers, etc. when neededPerform all pre-operation inspections to ensure that the machinery is in working-order and fill out the inspection logMake sure all trucks are loaded on time and damage freeTrain team in the areas of safety, compliance, working effectively, and other areasSupervise a shift of 8 to 10 associates to ensure that direct reports are adhering to safety and operational processesEstablish team goals and work with each Associate to achieve and exceed their performance goalsEnsure that facilities are clean and safe by thoroughly inspecting all areas, promote teamwork, and foster the culture of the companyPerform other duties as required
Qualifications:
