    Ardurra is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our National Marketing Team.

    Primary Duties

    Responsible for all graphical aspects of pursuits, including but not limited to proposal template, custom graphics, organizational charts, and presentationsCollaborate with Graphic Design Team for special projects including participating in brainstorming sessions for corporate graphics, tradeshow booths, swag items, print collateral, digital media, and brochuresProvide creative input to pursuit team throughout proposal and presentation developmentConduct quality reviews and final checks after productionAbility to read and understand RFQ language to ensure adherence to format specificationsAbility to develop quick design ideas based on team briefsFile and organize digital assets, including icons, stock photography, and customized graphicsAssists in coordinating with print vendors and photographersComfort working on multiple, concurrent hard deadlinesStaying in touch with the latest technology and strategies in the design and development industryPromote a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team to ensure that new ideas keep comingOther duties as assigned by Graphic Design Lead and Marketing Director

    Primary Function

    The survey party chief supervises the work performed by surveying groups in the field. Must have knowledge of, experience with, and be able to operate a variety of survey instruments including total stations, GPS receivers, data collectors (and their software platforms), and automatic levels in the execution and documentation of measurements and observations towards the successful completion of all types of surveys (boundary, topographic, construction layout, asbuilt, quantity, control, special purpose, etc.)

    Primary Duties

    Ardurra is looking for a Municipal Client Services Manager/Group Lead for our growing municipal/Public Works group. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects and serving as a client manager for public works projects being completed in your region. Projects include a wide variety of water, sewer, and planning projects for our municipal clients. The ideal individual will provide mentoring to junior staff, QA/QC, and pursue relationships with existing and potential clients.

    The individual will join a fully functioning group with existing clients and relationships in your respective region. In addition to local staff, this individual will work with national experts and resources to pursue and deliver projects that highlight the strengths of Ardurra. Project managers in municipal will assist their clients to navigate federal, state, and local funding, public bidding, obtaining regulatory approvals, and how to manage a diverse team of experts to meet the various needs of projects. This role involves providing leadership and direction to your team with considerable autonomy based upon specific skills, experience, and relationships.

    The individual will also be required to serve as Client Services Manager for Ardurra clients to maintain effective communication with customers, update the status of existing projects, and develop ongoing new business.

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited collegeMinimum of 10 years’ progressive experience designing and delivering projects in the municipal sector Professional Engineer’s licenseExperience in municipal and public works projects including water, sewer, roadways, planning, and other typical needs of municipalities.     This position will plan, design, provide construction administration, and possibly manage aspects of multidiscipline projects consisting of water/wastewater treatment and collection/distribution systems for municipal clients throughout Florida and the Southeast region. The individual should be capable of performing the technical design on water/wastewater projects and collaborate with our team of engineers, EIT’s, CADD technicians, and subconsultants, to successfully execute these types of projects.

    The position will expose the engineer to a full range of water and wastewater facility projects. Projects may include water/wastewater treatment facility green field projects, upgrade and expansion projects, process upgrades or rehabilitation projects, water distribution and storage systems, transmission pipelines, wastewater collection systems, pump stations, and other water utility related projects.

    Primary Function:

    Primary Duties

    Develop detailed designs, plans, specifications, reports and cost estimates for treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, tanks and other water / wastewater storage and conveyance systems.     Primary Function:

You'll work closely with engineers, ecologists, and planners to develop sustainable solutions for urban stream systems across a variety of landscapes. Under general mentorship and guidance, the role may also provide direction to junior engineers on various projects that focus on managing runoff, preventing flooding, and protecting water quality.
