    Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.

The Product Data & Analytics team, a new function within Process Operations, is the central authority and gatekeeper for seasonal product data. We are responsible for transforming data management from a necessary task to an enterprise capability, resulting in a portfolio of data products that enable better decisions from concept to guest. We partner with Technology, Product Creation, Merchandising and Master Data to evolve our governance model, modernize tooling, and embed KPI-led performance management into our end-to-end value chain. You will be at the forefront of these efforts, helping to shape the vision, operating model and execution of our initiatives.
