    Position Summary

    The Powder Coater I is responsible for the full cycle of the finishing process, from material preparation to final application. This role requires effective communication across teams to ensure proper color assignment and adherence to job documentation. You will utilize various painting techniques, including powder coating and wet paint spraying, while maintaining high quality standards and equipment functionality.



    Key Responsibilities

    Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel regarding project preparation and color assignment.

    Apply powder coatings skillfully to ensure successful project completion.

    Inspect products for quality, recognize problem areas, and make necessary corrections.

    Manage oven functions, including monitoring time, temperature, and alarms.

    Maintain and clean coating equipment, including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems.

    Perform routine maintenance on wash bay equipment and regularly change booth filters.

    Prepare parts for coating using techniques such as sandblasting, cleaning, dipping, and masking.

    Monitor machine gauges and equipment operation to detect and prevent defects.

    Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a safe workspace.

    Organize the powder room, keeping like powders together and weighing boxes as needed.

    Wrap, pad, and stack products correctly to prevent damage during transportation.

    Operate forklifts safely and assist with loading, unloading, and deliveries.

    Maintain shop cleanliness to ensure easy movement for carts between work areas.

    Manage supplies and tools efficiently to minimize waste and ensure cost-efficiency.



    Required Qualifications & Experience

    Strong background in powder coating and industrial painting techniques.

    Proven dependability and availability for assigned work shifts.

    Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.

    Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to drive company trucks.

    Skilled in operating a forklift safely and efficiently.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Position Summary

    As the Production Lead - Finishing at Architectural Fabrication, you will be essential in overseeing and enhancing our Finishing operations from preparation to completion of jobs. Your leadership will enable you to lead the department effectively by maintaining schedules, managing inventory, and guiding production to align with the organization's goals.



    Key Responsibilities

    Provide leadership in the Finishing department from preparation to completion of jobs.

    Provide input to management about team member job performance and skill level.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    Minimum five (5) years of powder coating experience.

    Proficient in Salesforce and Google Drive.

    Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5s/Kaizen Knowledge, and ERP/MRP systems preferred.

    Position Summary

    The Industrial Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of industrial production equipment, with secondary responsibility for facility and building upkeep. These tasks include industrial machine troubleshooting and repair, contractor coordination, spare parts inventory management, basic electrical repairs, and maintenance of forklifts, lighting, and sprinkler systems to ensure operational efficiency. An understanding of machine electrical components, including PLCs, electrical wiring, and various switches is required.



    Key Responsibilities

    Primary Focus: Equipment & Machinery Maintenance

    Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical failures on fabrication equipment and production lines to minimize downtime.

    Maintain and repair forklifts, scissor lifts, and sky tracks.

    Execute and enhance our preventative maintenance program.

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and work area in compliance with 5S and OSHA safety standards.

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized sheet metal fabricator to join our team. This position involves the operation of specialized sheet metal fabrication equipment to cut, bend, and shape metal, while also using hand tools to snip sheet metal and assisting in the overall assembly of the product. You will also be responsible for the marking & staging of fabricated items. Additionally, this role requires traveling to various job sites to operate portable roll forming equipment.     Key Responsibilities

    Properly wear the required PPE for designated tasks.

    Safely operate power hand tools and stationary equipment such as angle grinders, miter saws, impact drill, etc..

    Travel to off-site field locations and operate portable roll forming machinery to produce custom metal components on-site.

    Set up, program, and operate heavy fabrication machinery (such as press brakes, shears, and roll formers) to manipulate sheet metal.

    Perform daily machine inspections and preventative maintenance and report problems to the maintenance department.

    Demonstrate the ability to understand fabrication documents and follow their instruction.

    Ensure all items are correctly identified, labeled, and staged for the appropriate departments.

    Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth flow of fabricated products to support production needs.

    Inspect materials for quality and report any defects or issues.

    Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.

    Perform other related duties as assigned, which may include building custom pallets to ship products.



    Required Qualifications & Experience

    Ability and willingness to travel to off-site job locations and stay overnight as required.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50lbs.

    Must be proficient in reading a tape measure to the nearest 1/16th of an inch.

    Being able to stand for long periods of time.

    Experience with power tools, hand tools, lasers and levels

    Proven ability to effectively perform under pressure while problem solving

    Certifications with aerial lifts and forklifts preferred

    MUST BE OSHA 30 Certified

    Position Summary

    As a Project Manager at Architectural Fabrication, you will be a key problem-solver ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role is to organize and coordinate projects using effective and efficient methods while maintaining strong, prompt, and professional communication with clients and internal teams. You will oversee multiple projects from start to finish while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.



    Key Responsibilities

    Plan, organize, and schedule project activities and milestones to meet objectives.

    Ensure project details are well-documented and communicated to the project team via Salesforce.

    Develop and manage project budgets and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for project information and resolve problems from internal and external sources.

    Plan and participate in jobsite meetings, turnover meetings, and weekly production meetings to promote project visibility.

    Coordinate subcontracted services as necessary to meet timeline commitments.

    Review, create, and manage the execution of change orders.

    Work with internal preconstruction teams to understand project scope, specifications, and schedules.

    Coordinate with internal accounting to ensure projects are billed accurately and on time.

    Promote and maintain standards for safety awareness and behavior.



    Required Qualifications & Experience

    Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Five-plus years of construction or manufacturing experience.

    Ability to read and interpret construction drawings including plan sets and isometrics.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Mail).

    Experience with Salesforce and other project management software like Milestones PM+ is highly preferred.

    Experience in commercial new build is highly preferred.
