Reporting to the President, the Principal serves as chief academic administrator, providing leadership for academics, student life, faculty development, and daily operations while advancing the school's Catholic and Franciscan mission. Candidates must be practicing Catholics, hold a master's degree, and possess Indiana administrative licensure (or eligibility). Secondary education experience and strong leadership, communication, and relational skills are preferred.
