    development or education.Qualifications needed for MSDE secondary licensure. Minimum of five years of leadership (Principal or AP) experience in a Catholic school is preferred. Minimum of five years of secondary teaching experience in a Catholic school is preferred. Demonstrated leadership ability in an educational environment that includes the ability to inspire.Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
