Purpose: Arcamed is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Intern to support our Quality team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in machine and process validation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in machine validation efforts, including test execution and documentation.Support process validation activities to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820.Conduct data collection and analysis for validation studies.Assist in root cause analysis for validation failures and suggest corrective actions.Help with Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMR) trending related to machine and process validation.Support continuous improvement initiatives in machine and process validation.Conduct gauge review and calibration coordination for validation testing.Assist in print review and specification verification for validation protocols.Help document CAPA actions related to validation issues.Ensure all validation activities are properly documented in the QMS.
Credentials and Experience:
Actively pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field. Continuous Improvement mindset
