    Role description:

    Arcadis is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our North America Product Stewardship & Sustainability team. Arcadis has offices throughout the United States and Canada and the location for this position is flexible. This full-time position will support product compliance, regulatory compliance, auditing, management systems, and product sustainability projects.

    Role accountabilities:

    The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will evaluate product regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to environmental and transportation regulations across various industries. You will conduct thorough risk assessments aligned with chemical and automotive industry standards, providing critical insights to support safe and compliant operations. Managing small projects, you effectively communicate compliance findings to stakeholders, fostering transparency and informed decision-making. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of safety data sheets and product labels, ensuring accurate and clear information dissemination. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will also create engaging presentations and support the design and implementation of impactful training programs, enhancing organizational knowledge and compliance culture.

    The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, be self-motivated, work well in a team, and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Required Qualifications:
    Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product stewardship or chemical/materials regulatory compliance. BS in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of U.S. compliance regulations (TSCA, FIFRA, FHSA, EPR, California Proposition 65) and automotive industry standards.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience with hazard classifications (UN GHS, US OSHA). Proficient in Microsoft Office and 365 Environment. Experience with large data sets and data analytics.

    Role description:

    Arcadis seeks an Account Leader to join our team to support the growth of water, wastewater, stormwater, and solid waste opportunities in West Florida. Developing a deep understanding of local utility and solid waste issues, and identifying client needs, future project planning, local market conditions, and other information necessary to improve positioning for future pursuits. Lead pursuit plans and develop client engagement strategies and participate in task order development and interviews to win new projects. Coordinate with project managers to monitor the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure we develop quality services and deliverables within project schedules. Serve as project manager to monitor the planning, design and construction administration of projects and either lead or assist, as needed, in the development of scope and cost proposals for task orders and projects. Serve as a senior technical resource on small to large sized, multi-disciplined, municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience, and/or solid waste planning, design, construction, and program management projects. Support in the development of junior and mid-level staff. Ability to deliver key financial performance including growth.
    Travel (up to 30%) will be required for client meetings, client or professional events, and other activities as needed for project or business growth purposes.

    Required Qualifications
    10 years of experience in business development and/or project management in the water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience and solid waste sectors.     Key Skills/Attributes

    The ideal candidate will have experience in client and project management with municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience, and/or solid waste projects of various sizes. They should demonstrate strong technical engineering and management skills, with experience in planning and design for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience, and/or solid waste projects, along with strong business acumen.

    The candidate must possess strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with clients. Excellent technical writing skills are essential, as is the ability to deliver client presentations and develop and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with local municipalities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, or a related field of study. Candidates with a Project Management Professional or Environmental Sustainability Professional certification are highly desirable. Additionally, 5+ years of relevant sales and account management experience is preferred.

    Role description:

    Arcadis is seeking a Project Construction Manager to join its Project & Program Management team. This on-site position will support client projects throughout the Dallas TX area.

    The Project Construction Manager is responsible for delivering projects that meet owner requirements and business objectives by providing leadership across planning and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing schedule and cost performance.     Role accountabilities:

Review submittals for conformance with contract documents. Clarify and coordinate technical requests for information (RFIs). Coordinate design reviews and approvals between the owner and contractors. Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements. Track progress and report schedule/cost updates to the Arcadis Program Manager. Validate interim pay applications from the general contractor and owner subcontractors. Review site-specific health and safety plans for alignment with Arcadis and owner requirements. Monitor contractor adherence to approved safety plans and standards. Maintain accurate project files, meeting records, and correspondence. Provide daily reports and photos (manpower, work completed, deliveries, and weather/safety events). Review testing and commissioning reports for compliance with contract requirements. Support the owner's commissioning agent during final testing and commissioning. Ensure certificates of occupancy (TCOs and COs) are obtained, as applicable. Drive timely completion of punch-list items. Support the owner in coordinating required operational training. Support contract closeout activities and obtain required documentation/training materials.
    Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems (preferably Autodesk Forma and Procore); familiarity with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is preferred. Demonstrated construction management capability and client relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively and to assume new responsibilities. Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.

    Role description:

    Arcadis is seeking an experienced Siting Lead to join our Energy Transition team to help support and grow our expanding Siting and Routing business in the Midwestern and Eastern United States. As a Siting Lead, you be responsible for leading siting for a variety of clients within a range of sectors such as power generation and transmission, oil and gas, and renewable energies. An understanding of routing and siting processes and public outreach strategies is required for this position.

    Role accountabilities:

    As a Siting Lead, you will be responsible for managing routing and siting studies, leading the preparation of state Public Utilities Commission (PUC) siting applications and technical siting reports, and coordination with public outreach and permitting teams. It is expected that you have demonstrated experience with various Public Utilities Commission Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) filings. This would include experience in submitting CPCN filings with some of the following agencies: Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, Illinois Commerce Commission, Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, Michigan Public Service Commission, Ohio Power and Siting Board, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, Virginia State Corporate Commission, Kentucky Public Service Commission and Kentucky State Board on Electric Generation and Transmission Siting, and the Tennessee Public Utility Commission.

    As a Siting Lead, you would also be responsible for developing scope and budgets for siting components of project proposals. You will lead the development of siting strategies and coordinate with clients to ensure successful project outcomes. The position will require a candidate to work collaboratively with a diverse team and have the capacity to balance varying priorities. Arcadis offers a flexible working environment and follows a hybrid work structure. A successful candidate can expect to work remotely and from the office, as needed, based on demands of project and client teams. Periodic travel will be required (10-15%).

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Requiredqualifications for the role include:
    Bachelor's degree in environmental science, urban planning, engineering, biology, ecology, or similar discipline 10 years of total experience in the environmental consulting industry.     Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permitting Compliance Specialist to support one of the most iconic and consequential infrastructure initiatives in the United States - the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). In this role, you will oversee the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of compliance with federal, state, and local permits, regulations, and project-specific environmental commitments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines to ensure the project's environmental stewardship and regulatory obligations are met.

    We are working in partnership with Parsons and Mace as part of the MPA Delivery Partner team, selected by the Gateway Development Commission to deliver this transformative project. The HTP is a critical component of the broader Gateway Program - one of the most ambitious and impactful transportation initiatives in the nation - and is designed to strengthen mobility, enhance resiliency, and ensure the long-term reliability of the Northeast Corridor.

    The project encompasses the construction of a new, two-track rail tunnel beneath the Hudson River, along with the full rehabilitation of the existing 113-year-old North River Tunnel. This vital infrastructure supports more than 200,000 daily passengers via Amtrak and NJ TRANSIT and serves as a backbone for economic activity and connectivity between New York and New Jersey.

    Role Accountabilities:

    Permitting and Regulatory Compliance
    Support the management and tracking of all project permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements, including compliance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) commitments. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including those from agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, EPA, and New Jersey Departments of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC). Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    Stakeholder Engagement
    Work collaboratively with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and community groups to address permitting and compliance concerns. Support public outreach efforts related to environmental and permitting aspects of the project.
    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resource Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in environmental permitting, compliance management, or related roles on large-scale infrastructure projects.
    Key Skills and Abilities:
    Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations, including NEPA, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Endangered Species Act, and other applicable statutes.     Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
