We are hiring a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join a clinical laboratory team in Ashland, Wisconsin. This role plays a critical part in patient care by performing laboratory testing that supports accurate diagnosis and treatment.
What You’ll Do
Perform laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, immunology, and blood bankAccurately analyze specimens and report results in a timely mannerOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentsFollow quality control, safety, and regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, OSHA)Communicate critical values to clinical staffMaintain accurate documentation and laboratory recordsWhat We’re Looking For
MLT:
Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related fieldASCP (or equivalent) certification or eligibilityMLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related fieldASCP (or equivalent) certification or eligibilityPreferred Qualifications
Experience working in a clinical or hospital laboratoryStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyComfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentSchedule
