    About the Role

    Arc Health is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Physican Assistant to join our team serving the White Earth Indian Reservation in Minnesota. You ll be part of a certified Patient-Centered Medical Home, delivering high-quality care to a predominantly Native American population across three tribal health clinics.


    ️ Position Highlights

    Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (last patient at 3:40 PM)

    Patient Load: patients/day

    Population Served: 99% American Indian/Alaska Native

    Care Model: Collaborative Care Teams (Provider, Nurse, Care Manager)

    EHR System: RPMS

    Nearest Airport: Falls International Airport, International Falls, MN


    Services & Responsibilities

    You ll provide full-spectrum outpatient care including:

    Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions

    Comprehensive physical exams for adults and children

    Prenatal/postnatal care, suturing, fracture management

    Coordination with specialists and referral hospitals

    Participation in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

    On-site Services Include: Lab, X-Ray, Ultrasound, EKG, Pharmacy Behavioral Health, Dental, Pediatrics Nutrition Counseling, Well Child Exams Emergency Room Support

    Referred Services Include: OBGYN, Psychiatry, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Urology, and more
