Interpret and analyze complex data sets to ensure accuracy and quality.
Acquire data from primary and secondary sources; maintain and update databases and data systems.
Compare and conflate:
Engineering asset data with GIS data to identify matching assets and update the engineering data system.
Engineering track diagrams with GIS maps, ensuring diagrams are accurate and current.
Field-reported track data corrections to maintain data integrity.
Direct and execute analytical research of engineering databases using geospatial analysis based on GIS data.
Map or read site plans with precision.
Read and interpret legacy valuation maps and agreements dating back up to 150 years.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Review reports, printouts, and performance indicators to filter, clean, and correct data errors.
Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.

ARC Group is seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, client-focused, and possess an active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number). This role will involve preparing and reviewing tax returns for individual and business clients of our accounting firm.
Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and S-corporations
Review tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and documentation
Conduct client interviews to identify taxable income, deductible expenses, and applicable allowances
Apply appropriate tax adjustments, deductions, and credits to minimize client tax liability
Accurately calculate taxes owed or refunds due
Provide clients with clear guidance on tax filing requirements and processes
Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing individual and S-corporation tax returns (preferred)
Active PTIN (required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will serve as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), responsible for proactively reaching out to clients via phone, text, and email to obtain documents requested by attorneys and tax preparers. This role requires persistence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients via phone, text, and email to request required documents
Clearly communicate what documents are needed and why they are important
Maintain and update client records in the system (CRM)
Follow up consistently to ensure timely submission of paperwork
Collaborate with internal legal and tax teams to provide status updates
Deliver high-level customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support (experience in legal, tax, or financial services preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
