    Summary:

    The Front Desk Agent is the first person who greets and welcomes guests when they arrive at the hotel. They are responsible for processing all guest check-ins and check-outs, distributing room keys, registering guests, verifying reservations, and helping guests with any questions or complaints, in addition to addressing guest service needs.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Greet and check-in guests in a friendly mannerAssist in taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking Assist large groups upon arrival Assist guests in finding dining, shopping, and other "hidden gems" nearby Be the first to handle and resolve guest issues Process payments according to procedure Upsell additional facilities and services Performs all check-out tasks Ensure all cash, checks, and credit card balances at the end of each shift Answer questions and address guest needs and requests Communicate internally with other departments when necessary to resolve a guest concern or request Additional tasks may be assigned at any given time Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    High school Diploma or equivalent Credit Card handling experience preferred Hotel Front Desk experience preferred Experience with hotel reservations software preferred Outgoing and friendly demeanor, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete guest satisfaction Positive, upbeat demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills Team-oriented Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time Ability to lift 20 lbs. on occasion

    The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and common spaces in order to keep the hotel in compliance and ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates, and vendors.


    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Maintain the basic upkeep of all room and common areas by ensuring all furniture, appliances, and electrical equipment such as televisions, refrigerators, and light fixtures are in working orderOrganize supplies and make sure equipment is ready for the next dayMaintain high safety standards – follow guidelines and tell supervisor about any incidents, dangerous conditions, or unsafe equipmentTake responsibility for the safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the hotel, such as the car park and pool.Keep an eye out for improvements – follow the preventative maintenance calendar and keep everything in working conditionKeep supervisor or duty manager in the loop and notify them of any low-running suppliesTake on extra duties as and when the team is in need.Additional tasks may be assigned at any given time

    Qualifications:

    High school education or GED1-2 Years of hotel maintenance experienceCustomer service experienceAbility to effectively prioritize tasksThrives in a flexible environment and has the ability to switch tasks quicklyBasic maintenance certification/accreditation preferredIs a team playerAbility to communicate effectively, both verbal and writtenAbility to work weekends and evenings (required)

    Summary:
