Compensation Annual pay: $90,000+ Starting 44 CPM, increases with length of service Paid actual miles Guaranteed weekly minimum pay: $1,400 Additional pay: Drop pay: $20 for each stop Shower door lumper pay: $75 per shipment where driver assists in unloading Layover pay Bonuses: $3,000 Sign on bonus Driver referral bonus: Referring driver paid 5 CPM for all miles ran by incoming referred driver for first 6 months of employment Quarterly safety bonus: 1 CPM for each accident
