What We’re Looking For
Leadership, coaching, or aquatics experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
18+ years old with a valid driver’s license

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim School Core Values
Teach in accordance with the Aqua-Tots curriculum
Build relationships with the families
Be knowledgeable of and respond to parent questions regarding progression and curriculum
Check pool chemicals and maintain the chemical log
Maintain the organization of the pool area
Assist in the cleaning of the pool environment (windows, showers, deck, etc.)
Complete Aqua-Cards at the end of each shift
Understand and uphold our Minor In-Water Incident procedures
Report any aquatic customer concerns to the Lead on Duty
Attend staff meetings and in-service training
Carry out any other tasks to support team objectives that are assigned by your lead as required

Aquatic Manager and/or Lead on Duty
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Available to work two shifts per week
Capable of swimming
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver’s license
Previous experience working with children (coaching, camp counselor, teacher, etc.)
