Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Miami, FL Compensation: $70,000+ annually Full Benefits Package Schedule: Full-time, on-site Reports To: Warehouse Manager Position Overview The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, inspection, storage, fulfillment, and outbound processes. This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse team members, maintains operational accuracy, and ensures safety, productivity, and high service standards across the facility. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities including inbound receiving, cargo handling, put-away, loading, and outbound processes. Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards to ensure optimal performance. Prepare weekly operational and productivity reports and track KPIs. Manage warehouse utilization based on volume forecasts and peak operational periods. Coordinate internal warehouse requests, product splits, re-labeling, and inventory adjustments. Order and maintain adequate inventory of warehouse supplies and equipment. Conduct onboarding, training, and ongoing development for warehouse staff. Ensure adherence to safety standards, maintain clean work areas, and enforce compliance. Participate in interviewing, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and hiring recommendations. Draft or update internal processes to support operational efficiency. Perform additional duties as required to support warehouse operations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications a plus. Min. 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, cargo handling, or a related field. Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred. Valid drivers license required; ability to travel up to 10% domestically and occasionally internationally. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 80 lbs as needed. Comfortable working in a nonclimate-controlled warehouse environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficient with computers, handheld devices, and basic Microsoft applications. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Forklift or equipment operation experience is preferred.
