    QUALIFICATIONS
    - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
    - 10–15 years of construction experience, including leadership of multiple projects and teams.
    - Experience with federal projects (USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC) preferred.
    - Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and safety regulations.
    - PMP or similar certification is a plus.
    - Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
    - Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
    - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
    - Ability to travel to project sites.

    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting commercial and contractor clients. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term earning potential through a competitive commission structure.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering solutions that keep projects moving.

    What You Will Do
    Manage inbound sales inquiries and provide product recommendations to customers
    Build and maintain relationships with contractors, facilities teams, and business clients
    Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities
    Partner with outside sales and warehouse teams to fulfill customer needs
    Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value
    Track orders, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
    Stay organized in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
    What We Are Looking For
    1–3+ years of inside sales, counter sales, or B2B customer service experience
    OR
    Experience in retail lighting, electrical, or home improvement environments (such as The Home Depot or Lowe’s) with strong customer interaction and product knowledge
    Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
    Ability to manage multiple quotes, orders, and client requests simultaneously
    Comfortable working onsite in a team-driven environment
    Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and accountability
