Duties
Lead and coordinate HVAC service and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work ordersDiagnose complex HVAC issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic toolsPerform installation, repair, and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems, boilers, plumbing, and related mechanical equipmentRead and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC system layouts to plan repairs or upgradesEnsure compliance with all safety protocols and industry regulations while maintaining high-quality workmanshipRequirements
Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
