Field Technician – Parking Lot Striping & Pressure Washing

Position Overview
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to help deliver high-quality parking lot striping and pressure washing services throughout West Houston.
You'll work directly with the owner during your training period (approximately the first 3 months). As your skills develop, you'll take the lead on jobs and operate independently while maintaining our quality standards.
No striping experience is required—we'll provide all the training.
Responsibilities
Perform parking lot striping and pavement markingOperate pressure washing equipmentLoad, unload, maintain, and clean equipment and vehiclesPrepare job sites and ensure work is completed safely and efficientlyCommunicate professionally with customers on-siteMaintain high-quality workmanship with attention to detailEventually complete jobs independently and train future crew membersWhat We're Looking For
Required
Strong work ethic, dependable, and punctualComfortable working outdoors in the Texas heatFlexible schedule, including occasional early mornings, nights, weekends, and weather-dependent workValid driver's license and reliable transportationLives within or near the West Houston service areaPhysically able to lift equipment and perform manual laborPreferred
Experience in landscaping, construction, warehouse, forklift operation, pressure washing, pavement maintenance, painting, or other hands-on tradesExperience towing a trailer is a plusMechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipmentDesire to grow into a Lead Technician or Operations Supervisor roleCompensation & Benefits

What You'll Do
This is a true outside sales role focused on generating new commercial business throughout West Houston.
Responsibilities include:
Prospect commercial properties through in-person visits, phone, and emailBuild relationships with property managers, facility managers, HOA managers, and commercial property ownersConduct site visits, prepare proposals, and close new businessMaintain an organized sales pipeline and CRMCoordinate with operations on scheduling and scope to ensure excellent customer serviceMeet monthly sales and activity goalsRepresent the company professionally in the fieldWhat We're Looking For
Required
Self-motivated, personable, and results-drivenComfortable with cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, and handling rejectionStrong communication, organization, and follow-up skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationComfortable spending most of the day in the fieldBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, email)Preferred
1–3 years of outside B2B sales experienceExperience selling to property managers, HOA management companies, facility managers, or commercial real estateExperience in commercial services, construction, landscaping, janitorial, facilities maintenance, pavement maintenance, roofing, pressure washing, pest control, uniform services, or similar industries is a plus.Compensation & Benefits
