    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur mission at APluscare Behavioral Health is to serve individuals, groups, and communities with developmental disabilities by the means of comprehensive care and individualized support services that will maximize their independence, empowerment, personal growth and quality of life. APluscare LLC provides care and support services to our clients with various health care needs in the areas of personal care, behavioral support, recreational and employment services.     Program Manager

    LOCATION: East Brunswick and Central New Jersey

    Position Description:Coordinate IDT meetingsDirectly supervise and train DSPsDeveloping and monitoring staff schedule, including finding staff coverage prior to any shift openingConduct monthly fire evacuation drills and record in fire safety logMaintaining and meeting all DDD licensure requirements for assigned programsProviding training, support, transportation, and assistance for each individual to enable individual to complete daily routines in a safe, healthy, productive, mannerMonitoring well-being of individuals servedScheduling individual's doctor appointmentsEnsure program vehicles are safe and up to date with maintenanceAdhering to policies and procedures of APluscareAssuming responsibility for implementation of all program documentationAll other duties assigned by APluscare

APluscare Behavioral Health provides care and support services to our clients with various health care needs in the areas of personal care, behavioral support, recreational and employment services.
