Responsibilities

Previous experience as an HVAC Technician, HVAC Service Technician, or similar position.Experience servicing commercial or industrial HVAC equipment preferred.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration systems, airflow, and HVAC controls.Ability to use diagnostic tools, gauges, meters, and standard HVAC equipment.EPA Section 608 certification preferred or required based on job duties.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Ability to pass required background checks, drug screenings, and site-access requirements.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communication and time-management skills.Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments.Physical Requirements

Previous experience as a pump mechanic, equipment mechanic, generator technician, diesel mechanic, or field service technician preferred.Knowledge of pumps, engines, motors, hydraulic systems, fuel systems, and mechanical components.Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment in the field.Basic electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.Ability to read service manuals, parts diagrams, and work orders.Must be able to use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic tools, and measuring equipment.Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently.Valid driver’s license required.Ability to lift, bend, stand, climb, and work in outdoor/job site conditions as needed.Preferred Experience
Diesel or natural gas engine experience.Generator or power generation experience.Industrial, rental equipment, construction, oilfield, municipal, or wastewater pump experience.Experience with centrifugal pumps, trash pumps, bypass pumps, hydraulic pumps, fuel transfer pumps, or dewatering systems.Work Environment
This position may require shop work, field service, travel, outdoor work, and work in industrial or construction environments. Overtime, after-hours calls, and out-of-town assignments may be required depending on project needs.
