What You’ll Do:
Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems in accordance with local codes and safety standardsPerform inspections and troubleshooting, identifying issues and providing efficient, cost-effective solutionsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagramsCommunicate effectively with homeowners, team members, and contractors to ensure project expectations are metManage daily service calls independently while also contributing to a team-focused work cultureEnsure a clean, professional job site and a respectful customer experience every timeWhat We're Looking For:

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, consult, and repair commercial plumbing systems.Present good/better/best solutions to clients using company-provided iPad.Install fixtures, repair gas and water lines, perform leak testing, soldering, pipe threading, and more.Maintain a clean and organized work van and job site.Build trust with customers and ensure every job leaves a lasting, positive impression.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of service plumbing experience (required).Knowledge of local plumbing codes and the ability to make on-the-job decisions.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 4 points).Strong technical skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.Ability to work in various climates and conditions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring all equipment functions efficiently and meets safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC system inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.Install new HVAC units and components as required.Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions promptly.Provide clear communication to customers regarding service procedures and recommendations.Maintain accurate service records and documentation.Follow safety protocols and company standards during all service calls.Work collaboratively with team members and support company goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls.Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
Compensation is up to $40.00 dollars per hour.
