Our primary clients include the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of State (DoS) and other civilian Federal agencies. The company is in an early growth phase with strong long-term potential. This position offers the opportunity to grow with the company. Position Summary The Construction Project Manager manages federal construction projects from start to finish. The role requires experience working with U.S. Government agencies. Projects must meet schedule, budget, and federal compliance requirements. As Apex continues to grow, this role is expected to expand into a Program Manager position. The individual will take on increased responsibility across multiple projects over time. Key Responsibilities Manage federal construction projects from planning through completion Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients Ensure compliance with DoD and DoS standards and contract requirements Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders Identify and resolve project risks and issues Support company growth and process improvement initiatives Required Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience working with U.S. Federal agencies Experience on DoD and/or DoS construction projects Strong understanding of federal construction regulations and procedures Skills
